Simple and delicious Egg Roll In A Bowl made with ground beef and veggies ready in just 20 minutes!
This dish right here is my go-to meal for so many reasons! It's healthy, delicious and meals like this keep my body at the weight I want it to be. I make it pretty often because it is easy and packed with so much flavor and nutrition.
Egg Roll in a bowl is a simple, low carb meal with ground beef, cabbage, onions and carrots in a flavorful sauce. This dish can be served with a side of cauliflower rice or it is just perfect on its own. It is basically an egg roll without the wrapping and comes together much quicker, and definitely healthier for you.
I love that this is a one-pan meal and I can have it ready quickly and with easy clean up.
In a traditional Egg Roll or Egg Roll Bowl, the recipe would call for vegetable or peanut oil. These two oils are highly inflammatory, so I only cook with avocado oil in recipes like this one. And for the soy sauce, I made the switch years ago when I discovered coconut aminos. Oh my goodness, what a miracle this truly is...and I don't even like the taste of soy sauce anymore after finding coconut aminos. I've linked my favorite brand below...believe me, I've tried them all, and this one is for sure my favorite with the best taste!
This meal is one of the quickest and easiest meals to put together...oh, and very inexpensive.
So, there you go, this dish is one of my favorites and so delicious! If you love takeout food like I do, make sure to check out my Asian Sesame Honey Chicken recipe...my family asks for it over and over!
