  • Heat avocado oil in skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef for 8-10 minutes.
  • Set the ground beef aside and add a little more avocado to the pan.
  • Sauté shredded cabbage, onions and carrots until tender.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add coconut aminos and sesame oil and cook a minute or two more.
  • Serve in a bowl and top with green scallions, and of course make it extra special with chopsticks! I like to add a little extra coconut aminos & sesame oil for flavor.

Notes

Make sure to add extra coconut aminos and sesame oil when serving for extra flavor!
