Heat avocado oil in skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef for 8-10 minutes.
Set the ground beef aside and add a little more avocado to the pan.
Sauté shredded cabbage, onions and carrots until tender.
Stir in garlic and ginger about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add coconut aminos and sesame oil and cook a minute or two more. Serve in a bowl and top with green scallions, and of course make it extra special with chopsticks ! I like to add a little extra coconut aminos & sesame oil for flavor.
