You’ve heard of the mug cake, right?
But, have you ever heard of a guilt-free chocolate mug cake?

You’ve heard of the mug cake, right?  But, have you ever heard of a guilt-free chocolate mug cake?  Well let me share with you my all-time favorite little sweet obsession? If you do it my way, you can have it whenever your little heart desires.?

Don’t tell anybody, but I enjoyed this several nights in a row not too long ago.  However, that’s ok!  I created this recipe not only to be guilt-free, but to have benefits.  I give this cake a little health boost by adding in my favorite collagen protein powder which has sooooo many benefits, why would you want to skip it…beautiful skin, promotes gut health as well as aiding in weight loss, just to name a few.  All I can say is this dessert is so crazy good it doesn’t seem right. I really feel like I’m doing something wrong?

When I have a chocolate craving and want to make up something quick and easy, this mug cake is it.  I can have this ready in no time...all you need is just a few minutes and you will have the most delicious and satisfying dessert ready to be enjoyed.

After it is finished cooking, it is a must to top it with coconut milk ice cream, (no-sugar version of course), and head to my favorite, comfy chair.  The best part of eating this special treat, I don’t have to worry about any weight gain or inflammation in my body.  It really is a win-win situation.  Eating dessert and keeping your’s crazy, right?

Author: Christina Eleton

Serves: 1 mug cake

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

  1. In a coffee mug, mix together wet ingredients...egg, coconut oil, vanilla and almond milk.
  2. Next, add almond flour, cacao powder, Stevia, baking powder and sea salt.  Stir all ingredients until fully mixed together.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, or until risen.
  4. Top with Stevia sweetened chocolate chips and Stevia sweetened coconut milk ice cream...A must!

Recipe Notes: Microwaves cook differently, of course.  Cooking times may vary.  If additional cooking time is needed, only add 15 second increments at a time. For chocolate sauce, simply melt 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips with 1 to 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
