In a medium size bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, avocado oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder and sea salt, toss to coat.
Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake until puffed and browned, about 20 minutes or a few minutes longer for extra crispiness. Make sure to stir a couple of times during the roasting process for even browning and to prevent burning.
Take out of the oven, let cool and enjoy!
