  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Scoop out and rinse seeds in a colander.
  • Thoroughly dry the seeds with a paper towel.
  • In a medium size bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, avocado oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder and sea salt, toss to coat. 
  • Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake until puffed and browned, about 20 minutes or a few minutes longer for extra crispiness. Make sure to stir a couple of times during the roasting process for even browning and to prevent burning.
  • Take out of the oven, let cool and enjoy!

Notes

All ovens cook differently.  Make sure to keep an eye on the seeds to prevent burning.
