large onions, sliced

beef bone broth

full fat
coconut milk
1/4

coconut aminos
1
tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
3
cloves
fresh minced garlic

tablespoons
arrowroot flour

tablespoons
avocado oil
2 1/2
teaspoons
sea salt
Instructions
Heat avocado oil in a large
stockpot
or dutch oven over medium heat.
Add onions, and cook, stirring often, until caramelized and golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
Stir in garlic about 1 minute and scrape up the brown bits on the bottom of the pot, deglazing the pan.
Next add 5 cups beef broth, coconut aminos, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar and sea salt.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a small cup or bowl,
whisk
together remaining cup of broth with arrowroot flour.
When flour mixture is thoroughly combined, add to stock pot and simmer another 10 to 15 minutes.
Add a little more sea salt to taste if needed. Enjoy!
Notes
If soup seems to need more liquid, you can always add more broth. Also, add more sea salt to taste if needed.
