Guilt-Free Chocolate Mug Cake (Dairy, Gluten & Sugar-Free)

This guilt-free chocolate mug cake is my go-to favorite dessert. It's gluten, dairy and sugar-free, but you would never know it.

Ingredients
  

Chocolate Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a coffee mug, mix together wet ingredients...egg, coconut oil, vanilla and almond milk.
  • Next, add almond flour, cacao powder, Stevia, baking powder and sea salt.  Stir all ingredients until fully mixed together.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, or until risen. (see recipes notes)
  • Top with Stevia sweetened chocolate chips and Stevia sweetened coconut milk ice cream...a must! For chocolate sauce, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together and drizzle over ice cream.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Microwaves cook differently, of course.  Cooking times may vary.  Start with 50 seconds and if additional cooking time is needed, only add 10 second increments at a time. For chocolate sauce, simply melt 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
