- 8-10 ounces wild Alaskan smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 clove fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- chives for garnish
Mash together avocado, minced garlic, sea salt and lime juice. Set aside.
Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick round slices.
Add a teaspooon of avocado mixture to each cucumber slice followed by a small piece of smoked salmon.
Garnish with chopped red onion and chives.
