  • Stainless Steel Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 ounces wild Alaskan smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 clove fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mash together avocado, minced garlic, sea salt and lime juice. Set aside.
  • Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick round slices.
  • Add a teaspooon of avocado mixture to each cucumber slice followed by a small piece of smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with chopped red onion and chives.
  • Enjoy!
